The easy to install cistern pipe installation kit has all the parts you will need to install a hand shower. By following the instruction guide written by our installation team, you will be able to install the hand shower within 10-30 minutes with basic DIY knowledge.

Before ordering please check that you can access your cistern pipe, as some bathrooms pipe work is covered. Only a small section is needed about 20cm so it is fine if your pipes are partially covered. If they are covered you can install the hand shower by connecting to the cold water pipe of your sink( check to see if you can access it). Simple Hygiene offers an installation service which comes with a six months guarantee for only £35 or alternatively you can hire a plumber to install the hand shower for you.

Some homes have a very high water pressure, which can damage the hand shower. It is recommend to order a pressure reducer valve which will fix this problem.
