Shipping

For UK customers, all orders received will be shipped within 2 working days of order confirmation where we have stock available by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. You should expect delivery of your order within 3 to 5 working days of order confirmation Delivery charge is a flat rate of £3.95 only. You can order as many products as you like and only pay £3.95 for delivery. So why not order the On-the-Go hand shower for your family and friends and make big savings.

Delivery time is dependent on the Royal Mail service. Any failure by us to make delivery by any given date shall not entitle the customer to terminate this agreement or refuse the delivery or to claim any expenses or consequential loss whatsoever.

If your item is not available from stock, you will receive an email, no later than the working day after your order, confirming the estimated ship date. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email giving details, including the expected delivery date. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for out of stock orders.

In case of goods lost in the post, we will offer a full refund once Royal Mail declares your order as lost. If for any reason the product is returned to us by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge the customer for redelivery.

You may track your order by logging onto your account. You are welcome to discuss your order by email or phone, but please check your online account first.

Returns and Refunds

If goods have not yet been dispatched, we will refund your payment immediately should you decide to cancel your order and advise us by phone or email of cancellation.

If an item is found to be defective, please contact us by phone or email immediately with details of the defect, to enable us to arrange for return of the defective product at our cost. On receipt of the defective product, you can choose either to receive a refund or replacement. In case of a refund, we will refund to you the total cost of the order including the delivery charge. In case you choose to have the item replaced, we will send you a replacement and bear the delivery charge.

If you decide within 14 days of receipt of goods to send them back unopened in their original condition, you will be refunded the total cost of the order less delivery costs, as soon as we receive back the goods. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us so we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they were delivered to you in error. We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products only at our discretion.

We do not accept returns of opened or used products for hygienic reasons, unless item is found to be defective.
